Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Your Books are always inspected before delivery, but should for any reason it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If however, you have received an incorrect item, we will of course replace it free of charge after having retrieved your original order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Books will only be exchanged if they are faulty as long as we are contacted within the 14 days and good received 7 days thereafter
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
